My Z was never running rough at all, but I actually did notice a VERY slight difference and now my idle is perfectly smooth and I mean PERFECTLY smooth where there is zero hicups, pauses or anything, just one very very continuous note. I poured it in my oil, sprayed some in my intake, and added a little to my gas using a total of two cans. I did this all before changing my oil also and when I changed the oil it was solid solid black and usually it is VERY clean after 3k miles, but supposedly it was black b/c this stuff broke down some carbon buildups in my crankcase. Anyways, I liked it alot and plan on using it before my next oil change. It's also pretty simple to use.
